Terms and Conditions

of the Kids & Style online store as of April 1, 2023

§1 General provisions

The Regulations specify the rules for using the Kids & Style online store, operated at www.kidsandstyle.pl, hereinafter referred to as the Store.

The Store sells children's articles via mail order.

The owner of the Store is Kids & Style Aneta Wróbel, Polna 10, 21-010 Łęczna, tax ID number: 5632258899.

The Store operates within the territory of the Republic of Poland.

Customers of the store can contact Kids & Style via email: kontakt@kidsandstyle.pl or by phone at: 782-751-838.

§2 Rules for placing orders

Orders in the Store can be placed via the website www.kidsandstyle.pl or by contacting the store's customer service by phone.

The condition for placing an order is to provide correct personal data, including the delivery address, telephone number, and email address.

The Store makes every effort to ensure that the prices and descriptions of the offered products presented on the website are up-to-date and accurate.

Orders are processed within 5 working days from the moment the order is placed.

The Store reserves the right to refuse to process an order in the event of the inability to confirm the customer's data or in the event of irregularities detected in the order.

The Store reserves the right to refuse to process an order in the event of an error in the product price.

Customers have the option to cancel an order until it is shipped.

§3 Payments

The following payment methods are available in the Store:

a) bank transfer to the Store's bank account,

b) cash on delivery.

c) payment upon pickup.

The Store does not charge additional fees for choosing a payment method.

§4 Delivery and returns

Goods are shipped via courier companies.

The cost of delivery is determined individually for each order and is displayed in the shopping cart before placing the order.

The Store makes every effort to ensure that orders are delivered to customers as quickly as possible.

Customers are obliged to check the condition of the shipment at the time of receipt. In the event of damage, a damage protocol must be drawn up.

The customer has the right to return the goods at their own expense without giving a reason within 14 days of receiving the shipment.

The goods must be returned in an unchanged condition, in the original packaging, without any signs of use or damage.

In the event of refusal to accept the goods after the return, the customer bears the cost of return shipment. (such a situation has not yet occurred in our store)

The refund is made based on a handwritten signature letter or, in the absence of a document, to the account from which the purchase was paid.

§4 Privacy policy:

The Store cares about the privacy of its customers and guarantees the confidentiality of all personal data.

Customer data is used in accordance with the GDPR policy.

The goods must be returned in an unchanged condition, in the original packaging, without any signs of use.

§4 Final provisions:

The Regulations shall enter into force on the date of publication on the online store's website.

The Store reserves the right to change the Regulations at any time.

In matters not regulated by the Regulations, the provisions of Polish law shall apply.
